Hey I’m Shaan, an art director shaped by my love for film, fashion, music and culture. Everything I consume feeds how I see, and how I see is how I make. My instinct is visual. I want work that makes people stop, feel something, and quietly recognise a part of themselves in what they’re looking at. When I create for others the brief doesn’t come first, the audience does. Their voices, their representation, their truth is what i build around. I’m looking to take that eye and that drive somewhere it can make a real dent.

4: Beyond basic moments is a campaign we created to celebrate 45 years of Carrefour Tex. In 1963 Carrefour opened as the first European hypermarket, Tex opened in 1981 as their in store clothing department. You probably don’t remember what you were wearing the day you got your dream job, or found out you were expecting a child. We don’t hold onto outfits, we remember how we felt and who we were with. Our campaign encourages families to remember their own moments that were beyond basic.
